Lindsey Eric Barlag, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1700 block E. 19th Ave.
Donald L. McMaster, Wichita, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main St.
Oumkham Southammavong of Winfield was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main St.
Tisha Shanta Luna of Winfield was cited for speeding in the 1600 block of e. Ninth Ave.
David L. Leonard of Winfield was cited for parking in a handicapped zone in the 800 block Main St.
Kevin James Beckner of Winfield cited for speeding in the 1000 block of Wheat Rd.
Caryn Garnett, Winfield, and Robert Hartung, Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 200 block of College St.
Non-injury accident involving three vehicles in the 1500 block of Main St. between Bridget C. Donley of Winfield who was cited for inattentive driving. Steve Jenkins, Winfield, and Tim Smith of Winfield were the other drivers involved.
