Ian Michael Daniels, Winfield, was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license in the 2600 block of E. Twelfth Ave.
Casey Lee Jones, Winfield, was cited for driving in violation of driver’s license restriction in the 1200 block of Wheat Rd.
Kitra Dawn Rowe, Winfield, was cited for no driver’s license in possession at Simpson and College St.
Jamie D McKimson, Arkansas City, lost a wheel causing damage to the vehicle bumper in the 400 block of east Ninth.
Kimberly Edwards, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction of legal process and walking while intoxicated in the 100 block of east Fifth Ave.
