AC man arrested after incident at Dollar General

Domingo Juan, 47, Arkansas City, was arrested April 5 after police received several calls about an intoxicated man at Dollar General and the new strip mall.

Callers reported the subject was staggering and pulling on the doors of the business. Police contacted Juan as he was pulling on the front door of the EZ Payday Advance in the 2400 block of N. Summit Street.

Juan was placed in handcuffs and began resisting arrest as he was escorted towards the patrol car. He was eventually identified after sending his fingerprints to the FBI Response Center. Juan is currently being held in the county jail for resisting arrest and public intoxication.
