Mike Groves Oil Co. was the victim of theft by deception.
Rob Steckman, Ark City, was arrested for battery by domestic violence in the 1000 block of N. Third Street.
Rex Romesberg, Ark City, was arrested for criminal trespass and violating protection from abuse order.
Ellen May, Ark City, was involved in a public accident in the 500 block of N. Summit Street.
Anthony Durbin, Wichita, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license in the 1500 block of S. Summit Street.
Ronald Sadler, Ark City, was the victim of criminal trespass and assault in the 1000 block of N. Fifth Street. Kenneth Elston Jr., Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident.

An Ark City woman was the victim of battery by domestic violence in the 900 block of W. Skyline.
Jarrod Alley, Derby, and Juan Mendez, Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of N. Summit Street.
Stephanie Vickie, Ark City, was the victim of battery and disorderly conduct in the 300 block of E. Filmore Avenue.
Kelli Gibbs, Ark City. was the victim of disorderly conduct by domestic violence and battery in the 1000 block of N. Fifth Avenue. Kenneth Elston Jr., Ark City, was arrested in connection and for driving under the influence, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
