May 10

Clara Kathleen Ramsey of Winfield was cited for no proof of insurance in the 1100 block of Menor.

Wal-Mart of Winfield was the victim of theft by shop lifting. Jennifer Lynn Benson of Wichita and Scott Edward Wood also of Wichita were arrested in the 1100 block of W. 19th Ave.

Wal-Mart of Winfield was the victim of criminal damage to property and attempted theft in the 2200 Blk of Pike Dr.

Lisa A. Brown of Arkansas City was the victim of criminal damage to property when a vehicle was damaged in the 400 block of Bryant St.

Justin Hunter Harmon of Winfield was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 2000 block of W. Ninth Ave after he was cited for no proof of insurance and an expired driver’s license.

Ruben Amezcua of Winfield was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1300 block of E. Ninth Ave after being cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Rhonda Eggleston of Winfield was the victim of burglary to residence, criminal damage to property and theft in the 300 block of E. Fourth Ave.

Joe Vanderpool Jr. of Winfield was the victim of theft in the 1200 block of World War II Memorial Drive.

Southwestern College of Winfield was the victim of theft in the 100 block of College St.

A non-injury accident occurred between Ted E. Terhune of Winfield and Roland W. Willard of Atlanta in the 900 block of Fuller St.

Maurice’s of Winfield was the victim of theft by shoplifting. Amy Dawn Laibie of Winfield was arrested for theft in the 1900 block of E. Ninth Ave.

A non-injury accident occurred between Chad A. Henning and Samantha Rae Fleenor, both of Winfield. Henning was cited for no proof of insurance and Fleenor was cited for failure to yield right of way in the 4000 block of E. Ninth.

May 8

Georgia Hearlson, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1200 block of Menor.

A non-injury accident occurred in the 1400 block of Main between Dawn D. Burkes of Oxford and Lacy Brooke Brown of Atlanta. Brown was cited for following too close.

John David Lane, Parker, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of Saint James Court.
