Robert Charles Zwigart Jr., Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant. He was also the victim of disorderly conduct.

John Chastain, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order in the 1300 block of N. Eighth St. Kayla Chastain, Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident.
Frederick Jackson, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant.
Christy O’Donnell, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant.
Jack Additon and Moody Alford, both of Ark City, were involved in an injury accident Additon was cited in connection with the accident.
Bruce Hayes, Ark City, was the victim of the criminal use of a financial card.
Faye Wickle, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of S. A Street. Shawna Castillo, Ark City, was cited in connection with the incident.
