JUNE 8
A Winfield woman was the victim of domestic violence, battery. Travis Cox, Winfield, was arrested.
Officers responded to a large party in the 900 block of Harris Road.
Stephen Barkus, Winfield was arrested for possession-consumption of liquor underage and obstructing the legal process. Anthony Manivong, Minnesota, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession and consumption liquor underage and obstructing the legal process.
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of N. Park. A Winfield woman was the victim of criminal threat and disorderly conduct. Winfield Housing was the victim of criminal damage to property. Richard Lee Webster, Winfield, was arrested.
JUNE 7
A Winfield man was the victim of battery-domestic violence in the 400 block of Broad. Shanna Rae Coley, Winfield, was arrested.
Matthew Earl Larssen, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on W. 19th. Also cited for urinating on public property in the 2300 block Main.
Erin Nichole Chattam, Winfield, was the victim of hit and run in the 2300 block of Main.
A non-injury accident occurred at Ames and McCabe between Shaun C. Mars and Roger C. Moody Jr. Moody was cited for careless or inattentive Driving.

Amanda Lea Hetherington, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 600 block Main.
A.E. Inthavong, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of E. Fifth.
David Charles Murphy, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 800 block of Main.
Leah C. Logan, Arkansas City, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1500 block of Manning.
Ryan T. Lindly, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 200 block of Welfelt Drive.
