A preliminary hearing has been continued from July 22 to Aug. 14 for Cyril Isaac Pappan. He faces two counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of two seven-year-olds who lived near Pappan in Winfield.
The alleged incidents occurred in April. The crime is classified as a person felony and punishable with a prison sentence ranging from 31 months to 136 months.
