Dessarae Lyn Lockwood, Winfield, was the victim of hit and run to her vehicle in the 1000 block of Main.
Tricia A. Ortega, was arrested on a county warrant in the 300 block of E. Ninth.
Patrick A. Estes, Ark City, was cited for no proof of insurance in the 200 block of E. Fifth.
A trailer and vehicle driven by Jack E. Rylant, Atlanta, were involved in a non-injury accident at Fifth and College. The trailer came loose and damaged some pavement. Rylant was cited for no trailer lights and no tag.
A non-injury accident occurred in the 1000 block of Alexander when a vehicle driven by Seth A. Hull, Winfield, struck a vehicle owned by the city of Winfield. He was cited for careless and inattentive driving.
Babi’s Petro Stop, 2124 E. Ninth, was the victim of theft.
