A couple of occupants in a vehicle got into an argument while traveling in Ark City Sunday which forced the driver to stop the vehicle. Ark City police came upon the disturbance in the 100 block of E. Madison Avenue.
Officers wound up arresting Brianna Hosy of Winfield for driving under the influence and transporting an open container. Brennan Knowles of Oxford was cited for transporting an open container.
The press release said all of the occupants were highly intoxicated but did not state how many were involved.
