Smellishis Poon, aka Arkansas City Mayor Mel Kuhn, was crowned Miss CASA 2008 at the Men In Tights Under the Lights pageant Sunday.
The event, which was held at the Winfield High School Auditorium, is an annual event to raise money and awareness for CASA.
This was the tenth anniversary of the Men In Tights event, the organization’s most popular fundraiser.
