David Reeme, Ark City, was arrested early Sunday morning for disorderly conduct by domestic violence, violating a protective order and obstructing the legal process.
Reeme, 25, was arrested after police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 800 block of N. Fourth Street.
Reeme resisted arrested. His probation officer was notified and he was arrested for probation violation as well as the other charges stemming from the disturbance, Ark City Police Chief Sean Wallace said.
