Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Main. David Harrod, Burden, was cited for disorderly conduct. Jorge Espino was cited for disorderly conduct and arrested on an outside warrant.

A Winfield woman was the victim of battery and criminal damage to property in the 2800 block of E. 12th. Corbin Percifield, Winfield, was arrested.

Leticia Mortimer, Winfield was cited for driving under the influence in the 900 block of Bliss.

Candace D. Pow, Ponca City, was cited in the 1400 block of Main for driving under the influence.

David Myser, Winfield, was cited in the 600 block of College for speeding and driving under the influence.

A Winfield woman was the victim of batter and criminal restraint in the 2700 block of E. 12th. Elmer Orosco, Winfield, was arrested.

Don Mull and Seth Biby, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1100 block of Loomis St.

The Wichita Eagle was the victim of theft and criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of Main St.

Sarah Lynae Clark, Winfield, was cited for failure to use turn signal and driving with a suspended license in the 900 block of Main.

Martha Miller, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of W. 8th Ave.

Blake Andrews, Winfield, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol in the 800 block of College.

A Winfield woman was the victim of battery in the 1400 block of E. Ninth. Scotti Vonurquidy, Winfield, was arrested.

Teah Ray and Sandra Vandyke, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1000 block of Bliss. Ray was cited for no proof of insurance and failure to yield the right of way.

Vanessa Moon, Winfield, was the victim of theft and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of E. 4th.

Eric Paul Smith and Somsy Thongleuth, both of Winfield, were involved in an injury accident in the 2300 block of Main.

Jalynn Riedlinger, Arkansas City, was the victim of a hit and run in the 700 block of Millington.

Dillons, Winfield, was the victim of theft. Carol Velez, Derby, was the victim of forgery in the 2300 block of Main.

Joseph Smith and Aaron L. Presnall, both of Winfield, were involved in non-injury accident at College and First Ave. Presnall was cited for careless or inattentive driving.
