Traci Anderson, Ark City, victim of harassment by phone in the 300 block of Random Road.

Caseys General Store was the victim of theft.

Bowie Call, Ark City, was the victim of a residential burglary.

Casey Bruton, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant.

Dianna Ybarra, Ark City, was victim of aggravated burglary in the 800 block of S. Sixth Street.

Jeffery Oliver, Ark City, was victim of theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of S. C Street.

Oct. 30

Marlene Bailey was cited in connection with animal cruelty in the 1300 block of N. Second Street.

Samantha Pack, Ark City, was cited for a vicious dog in the 500 block of S. Second Street.

Tammie Retzer, Ark City, was cited for a vicious dog in the 1300 block of N. Sixth Street.

Daniel Polakowski, Newkirk, was arrested on an outside bench warrant.

An Ark City woman was victim of battery, domestic violence, in the 1200 block of S. H Street. Another woman was the victim of disorderly conduct by domestic violence in the 200 block of S. D Street. A suspect was arrested.

John Duncan and Alissa Thurber, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of N. Summit Street.

Matthew Valdez, Ark City, was cited for minor in consumption in the 400 block of W. Washington Avenue.

Oct. 31

Home Town Rentals was the victim of theft of rental property.

Brian M. Wilcoxen and Shelby R. Robertson, both of Ark City, were involving in a non-injury accident at First Street and Palmetto Avenue.

Julio Gonzalez, Ark City, was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Amanda Banja, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence. Conrad Gomez, Ark City, was arrested for obstructing justice, battery of a law enforcement officer, illegal possession of alcohol.

Johnathon Drown Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 200 block of W. Spruce Avenue.
