Ark City police for Nov. 4 through Nov. 6, 2008

Arkansas City Police Activities for Tuesday, Nov. 4, Wednesday, Nov. 5 and Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 included:

Ray Kelley, Ark City, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 2000 block of N C Street.

Gary Martinez and Trevor Chaparro, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident at Madison Avenue and Summit Street.

Brynn Nulik and Zachary Lancaster, both of Ark City, were involved in a traffic accident at Kansas Avenue and Summit Street.

Salvation Army was the victim of a hit and run in the 300 block of N. Summit Street.

An Ark City man was the victim of violation of a protective order.

Nov. 5

Alice Allen and Thomas Howcroft, both of Ark City, were involved in a traffic accident.

An Ark City woman was the victim of disorderly conduct by domestic violence at 403 N. Eighth St. Anthony Fisher, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

Apco East was the victim of theft of services.

Robin Deringer, Ark City, was the victim of theft from 1110 N. Fourth St.

Loren Wahler, Ark City, was the driver of a vehicle that struck a pole at 2013 N. Summit St.

Braden Barr, Ark City, was the victim of a hit and run in the 100 block of E. Madison Avenue.

Joshua Morris, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant.

Sarah Gonsalez, Ark City, was cite for cruelty to animals and a vicious dog in the 300 block of N. B Street.

Juan Hidalgo, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Nov. 6

Bert Backus, Ark City, struck a building in the 1400 block of W. Madison Avenue.

Naomi Cushenbery, Ark City, was involved in a non-injury accident.

An Ark City woman was the victim of battery. Charlie K. Powell, Ark City, was arrested in connection for battery and disorderly conduct by fighting. A juvenile was arrested for minor in possession. Kacie Wood, Ark City, was arrested for phone harassment and Cynthia Leyva was arrested for disorderly conduct by fighting at 300 N. Fifth St.
