Joshua McVay, Ark City, was arrested for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (domestic violence).
An Ark City woman was the victim of battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property (domestic violence). David Espinoza as arrested in connection.
Francis Hecker, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident at Fifth Street and Monroe Avenue.
Jump Start was the victim of shoplifting.
Nov. 8
Maylon Moore, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Patty Ruggenburg, Ark City, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of N. Fourth Street.
An Ark City woman was the victim of disorderly conduct (domestic violence) in the 200 block of Vine Avenue. Bryce Hartman, Ark City, was arrested in connection.
Sonic was the victim of theft in the 100 block of N. Summit Street.
Tyler Hibbs, Ark City, was arrested for minor in possession in the 1400 block of N. Eighth Street. Heather Shugart, Ark City, was also arrested for furnishing intoxicants to a minor.
Nicholas Leon, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence and transporting an open container in the 1000 block of N. Summit Street.

Ashley Black, Ark City, was the victim of battery in the 1200 block of W. Radio Lane. A juvenile was arrested in connection.

The state of Kansas was the victim of forgery.

William C. Looney, II, Hutchinson, was arrested for suspended driver’s license in the 1100 block of S. Third Street.
Graham A. Lower, Wichita, was arrested for a suspended driver’s license at A Street and Vine Avenue.
Gladys George, Leon , was the victim of a hit and run at Madison Avenue and Summit Street.
