Phillip Reinking, Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 1200 block of S. Summit Street.
Relaine Swisher, Ark City, was arrested for domestic violence battery and disorderly conduct in the 400 block of N. Fifth Street.
Cecil Chisolm, Ark City, was arrested for driving while his license is suspended.
Leticia Smith, Winfield, struck a parked vehicle owned by Steven Walker, also of Winfield, in the 200 block of S. Second Street.
Caleb Brumley, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant and for minor in possession in the 1000 block of N. Fifth Street.
Dec. 21
Robert Lopez, Ark City, was involved in a traffic accident in the 900 block of Skyline Road.
Bradilynn Perez, Ark City, was arrested for a liquor law violation in the 1000 N. B Street. Jessie Callison, Ryan Rohrs, Kyle Bartlett, Curtis Ebert, Colt Loehrs, Cameron Rijoas, Drew Hurst, Trison Graham were cited for minor in possession.
Cameron Rijoas, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant.
An Ark City woman was the victim of domestic violence disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of S. Second Street. Joshua Harris, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

Colt Loehrs, Ark City, was the victim of a hit and run to his vehicle in the 1300 block of N. D Street.
An Ark City woman was the victim of a violation of a protection order and disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of S. Second Street. Joshua Harris, Ark City, was arrested in connection.
Kentucky Fried Chicken, Ark City, was the victim of a minor accident in the 1600 block of N. Summit Street.
Cody Hasty, Ark City, was the victim of theft of a motor vehicle in the 1300 block of W. Kansas Avenue.
April Gondoly, Ark City, was cited for minor in consumption in the area of Sixth Street and Vine Avenue.
