Officers responded to the 200 block of W. 13th Ave. Kevin Jaramillo, Phoenix, Ariz., was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
Christopher Royston, Winfield, was arrested for two active warrants in the 800 block of Millington St.

Viola Setzkorn, Winfield, was cited for running a stoplight in the 200 block of E. Ninth.
Leandra Siplutt, Winfield, was cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle in the 300 block of E. Ninth.
Shannon J. Stowell, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 300 block of Viking Blvd.
Kameron O. Carrasco, Winfield, was cited for failure to signal and no seatbelt in the 500 block of Bliss.
John VanRoyen, Burden, was involved in a one vehicle accident in the 3300 block of E. Ninth Ave.
Beau Bailey and Kory Thurber, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident at Simpson and Viking Blvd.

Pheng Thavisay, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run in the 1600 block of Manning. Kristi M. Conklin, Winfield, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while license revoked.
Shanna Coley, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 900 block of Harris Rd.
Tony Cantrell, Shawnee, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1600 block Main.
