Ark City police for Feb. 15 through Feb. 17, 2009

Arkansas City Police Activities Feb. 15 – Feb. 17, 2009 included:

J.W. Hawkins,Jr., was arrested on a bench warrant in the 400 block of S. Ninth Street.

Clarissa Mayfield and Jay Warren, both of Arkansas City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 600 block of S. Summit Street.

An Ark City woman was the victim of stalking in the 300 block of N. Summit Street. Thomas Howcroft, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

An Ark City woman was the victim of disorderly conduct by domestic violence in the 400 block of N. Seventh Street. Caleb Brumley, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

An Ark City woman was the victim of criminal restraint by domestic battery and disorderly conduct in the 2600 block of N. 15th Street. Bobby Sherman, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

Feb. 16

Robert Jones, Ark City, was arrested for driving while his license is suspended and driving under the influence – fourth offense – in the 1300 block of W. Poplar Avenue.

Berdine Martin, Tonkawa, Okla., was arrested for driving while license suspended in the 1400 block of N. Summit Street.

Jessica Senn, Ark City, was arrested for driving while license suspended in the 700 block of W. Chestnut Avenue.

Shawn Bourgerie, Ark City, was the victim of burglary and theft to his residence.

Feb. 17

Desta K. Witley, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Super Wash, Winfield was the victim of theft.

Doyle Shipp, Ark City, was the victim of criminal damage to property.

Westlake Ace Hardware was the victim of theft.

Ark City woman was victim of battery in the 400 block of S. D Street. Wayne L. Holmes, Ark City was arrested in connection.

Erin Frazier, Ark City, was victim of hit and run to her vehicle t 1801 N. Summit Street.

Dominique English, Ark City, was arrested on bench warrant.

Kathy Dorman, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 1600 block of S. Second Street.
