Julie Schwabenbauer, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft from a motor vehicle in the 1100 block of E. 10th Ave.

Nina Racker, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1800 block of E. Seventh.

Niphaphone Keophonthepha, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 400 block of St. James Ct.

Dustin Michael Butler, Winfield, was cited for dog at large and no city dog license in the 800 block of Menor.

Ashley Dawn Lunceford, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of E. 10th.

Lisa Lea Drouhard, Winfield, was the victim of battery in the 1100 block of 10th. Amanda Lea Tatro, Winfield, was arrested.

Michael Troutman, Winfield, was cited for urinating in public in the 1000 block of Main.

Wilma Louise Whitacker, Winfield, was cited for DUI, driving while license suspended and refusal of breath test at Tunnel Mill Dam.

Shawn Lewis Walton, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft from a motor vehicle in the 1000 block of E. 11th.

Eduardo Sandoval, Winfield, was the victim of hit and run damage to a vehicle in the 1900 block of E. Ninth.

Emily Dawn Bodkins and Stetson Heath Rainwater, both of Winfield, were arrested for domestic battery following a disturbance in the 1000 block of Main.

Sing Phabmixay, Winfield, was the victim of a dog bite in the 600 block of Maris.

Karen J. Crane, Winfield, was the victim of a dog bite in the 1500 block of E. 14th.

Jessica Renee Venn, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1900 block of Warren.

Donna A. Brown, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 1100 block of E. 12th Ave. Christopher Montgomery, Winfield, was arrested.

Cowley County Safe Homes, Winfield, was the victim of felony theft in the 900 block of Main.

A vehicle owned by James F. Veal, Jr. Winfield, was located abandoned and disabled after leaving the roadway on Amos Becker Rd.

Mary L. Nichols and Helen J. Samms, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of Ninth. Samms was cited for careless driving.

Matthew L. Murray was involved in a non-injury accident in the 200 block of E. Seventh.

Bryce Hartman, Winfield, was arrested for violation of a protection order along with failure to comply with bond conditions.

Nicholas Price, Burden, was arrested in connection with an investigation in the 2300 block of Main.

Bryan Ehling, Winfield, was cited for no seat belt in the 200 block of N. College.

Alex J. Garoutte, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal in the 200 block of N. College.

Helen Samms, Winfield, was cited for careless/ inattentive driving in the 100 block of Main.

Tommy Lowery, Oxford, was cited for speeding in the 2000 block of W. Ninth.

Edwin H. Stinemeyer, Greenwood, Ark., was cited for no vehicle registration in the 1200 block of Millington.

Rodger E. Horton, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 1000 block of E. Ninth.

Michelle M. Mannon, Burden, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 3700 block of E. 12th.

Adam Lopez, Winfield, was the victim of domestic battery in the 1600 block of Broadway.

The city of Winfield was the victim of driving while license is suspended and no proof of insurance in the 700 block of N. College. Anthony M. Lester, Atlanta, was arrested.

The state of Kansas was the victim of possession of marijuana and transporting an open container in the 1200 block of World War II Memorial Dr. Shane L. Courtney, Atlanta, was arrested.

James F. Veale, Jr., Winfield, was the victim of burglary and motor vehicle theft in the 1000 block of Main.

Anthony J. Russell, Winfield, and Caitlin Smith, Ellsworth, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 600 block of E. Ninth. Russell was cited for careless/ inattentive driving.

Matthew J. Tickel, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 600 block of E. 14th.

Following a disturbance in the 200 block of E. Fifth, Shannon D. Dameron, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of prescription narcotics and obstruction of the legal process.
