AUG. 6

Jody D. Smith, and Patrice D. Kerich, both of Winfield, were the victims of burglary and theft; George A. Smith, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Minnesota St.

Doris A. Wilhelm, and Marcia L. McIntired, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Main.

Subway was the victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike Rd.

AUG. 5

USD 465 was the victim of theft in the 1300 block of Wheat Rd.

Vicky L. Lewis, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run in the 500 block of E. Fourth.

Dillons, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 2300 block of Main. Carina C. Vilayvanh, Winfield, was arrested.

Steven D. Asper, Winfield, was cited for illegal windown tint in the 1000 block of Main.

On Aug. 3, Monica M. Davis, Corey M. Higgins, Ranse R. Williamson, Shannon N. Vanarsdale, all of Augusta, and Brandon M. Wilson, Douglass, were all cited for MIC at the fairground.

AUG. 4

Brandon Lee-Austin Drum, Ark city, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school zone in the 400 block of E. 12th.

Movie Gallery, Winfield, was the victim of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of Main.

Rodney Lee Whatley, Ark City, was arrested for transporting an open container and posession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of E. 12th.

Kristin Frahm, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run accident in the 600 block of Manning.

Christopher Robert Wood, Iola, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of E. Ninth Ave.

Casey’s General Store, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 200 block of W. Ninth.

Staci Eleen Randall, Winfield, was the victim of burglary in the 1200 block of Menor.

Michael A. Mashak II, Winfield, was cited for disobeying a stop sign at Fifth and Michigan.

Jason W. Fabor, Winfield, was cited for dog at large and no city dog license in the 2800 block of E. 12th Ave.

Southwestern College was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of King Dr.

Rita Estes and Houston Hayworth, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of Michigan St. Estes was cited for failure to yield.

Mike Horn, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 200 block of Main.

Stefani Neal and Anne Jarrett, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1900 block Main. Neal was cited for failure to yield.

John W. Darnell, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1300 block of Olive.

Bryson Brown, Winfield, was cited for running a red light in the 1000 block of Main.

Sara E. Law, Arkansas City, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.

Valarie Chambers, Atlanta, was cited for speeding in the 1400 block of Main.

AUG. 2

A Udall man was the victim of battery at the Winfield Fairgrounds. Cynthia Morgan, Udall, was arrested.

Joshua J. Stasa, Winfield, was cited for no city dog license and dog at large in the 900 block of E. Eighth.

Matthew E. Eads, Newkirk, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of N. College.

Stephanie Marie Meyeres, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of E. 19th.

AUG. 1

Amy Carolynn Moore, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of the legal process in the 1100 block of Manning.

Loretta K. Mayes, Winfield, struck a vehicle owned by Cheryl R. Baer, Winfield, in the 1400 block of Main.

Mary Marie Sutton, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 2800 block of E. 12th.

Amy Lowe, Augusta, and Barbara Kelley, Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Main.

JULY 31

Jerry G. Drennan and Ronald D. Jordan, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Main.

Philip Christopher Moore, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run accident in the 3500 block of Quail Hollow Dr.

A Winfield woman was the victim of battery and criminal restraint in the 500 block of N. Michigan. Jeffrey Leon Treat was arrested.

JULY 30
Clinton D. Moore, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of N. Massachusetts.

Thomas L. Weeks, Jr., was arrested for domestic battery in the 100 block of College.

Kayla M. Watts, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 300 block of Loomis.

Newell E. McCorkle, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 900 block of E. 19th.

Patrick Burr, Geuda Springs, was arrested for DUI and cited for speeding in the 100 block of E. 15th.

Charles W. Madison II, Oxford, was arrested for minor in consumption in the 100 block of E. 15th Ave.

JULY 29

Cindy A. George, Burden, was the victim of battery in the 2100 block of E. Ninth Ave. Dana Marler, Winfield, was arrested for battery and cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and reckless driving.

Cory Emerson and Pasia Lindly, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1800 block of Andrews.

Charleen Walters, Cheney, was cited for an improper tag in the 100 block of W. Ninth.

JULY 28

Floyd M. Combs, Winfield, struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Samantha Jo Dombeck, Winfield, in the 1000 block of Main. Combs was cited for inattentive driving.

Jeremy Romero, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 500 block of Iowa.

Connie Andes, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and criminal damage to property in the 2800 block of E. 12th Ave.

Frances J. Holloway and Jared A. Somerville, both of Winfield, were involved in an injury accident at Ninth and Harter. Somerville was cited for careless or inattentive driving.
