Michael Horn has been arrested and faces a charged of attempted aggravated robbery in connection with the incident at Babi’s Petro Shop on W. Ninth.
He is currently in the Cowley County Jail and being held on a $75,000 bond. A jail spokesperson confirmed that Judge Nick St. Peter raised Horn’s bond from $7,500.
