Ashley Lejuenne, Wichita, and Kim Voge, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of Main.
Nellie Nigh and Guadalup Tavarez, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of W 14th. Tavarez was cited for failure to yield.
Derick S McCreary, Winfield, was cited for dog at large and no city dog license in the 1100 block of Ann.
Deborah C Billips, Winfield, was cited for time limited parking in the 900 block of Fuller.
