Casey’s General Store, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 200 block of W Ninth.
A Winfield woman was the victim of domestic battery in the 400 block of Michigan. Chris George Martinez, Winfield, was arrested.
Christopher Lee Montgomery, Wichita, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 1600 block of Loomis.
