Deputies:
arrested Jessica Reyes, Ark City, on a failure to appear warrant.
took a dog bite report regarding a juvenile that was bitten by the family dog at the residence in the 10300 block of 101st Rd.
were dispatched to the Outlawz Bar and Grill, 33047 61st Rd for a report of a broken window.
were contacted regarding a possible theft of rental property from a residence in the 31000 block of 131st Rd.
assisted Ark City Police Department officers with traffic control at a residential fire in the 1000 block of N Summit.
transported a juvenile to Juvenile Intake for the Ark City Police Department.
were dispatched to a dog complaint in the 13100 block of 132nd Rd.
while conducting a residence verification on a registered offender at 6632 302nd Rd, deputies smelled the odor of marijuana in the house. A search warrant was obtained for the residence, and a small amount of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia were found. Raymond Eugene Danes, age 58, and Bruce David Baty, age 62, of that residence were arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
