Officers responded to an alarm in the 1400 block of Main.
Michael L Whitesell, Winfield, was arrested for aggravated battery and on an outside warrant in the 300 block of W Eighth.
Officers responded for a public assist in the 500 block of N Michigan
Kayla Sue Landsaw and Diane Cook, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of Simpson. Landsaw was cited for following too close.
Anna McClung and Amanda Tatro, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of Cherry.
Holly V Herber and Phasouk Phouthavong, both of Winfield, were involved in an injury accident in the 1900 block of Main.
Roberto Francisco, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 2700 block of E 12th.
Amber Rae Wheat, Ark City, and Timothy Robert Snell, Andover, were both arrested for disorderly conduct in the 2700 block of E 12th.
