Officers responded to an alarm in the 1900 block of E Ninth.
Jessie C Stover and Raymond E Archambeau, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 600 block of E Ninth. Stover was cited for inattentive driving.
Timothy P Henry, Caldwell, and Tosha Powell, Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 800 block of College.
Justin B Kellogg, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of E Ninth.
Judith M Benck, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to vehicle in the 300 block of Viking Blvd.
Gillermo E Botello-Soto, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 2000 block of W Fifth.
Gina M Zimmerman, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 900 block of Davis.
