Officers responded to alarms in the 300 block of W Eighth and the 700 block of Wheat Rd.
Darwin Lee Settle and Deborah Christine Billups, both of Winfield, were victims of burglary and theft in the 200 block of E Fifth.
Marcus Deon Pickett, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 600 block of Maris.
