The front entrance to the Winfield Police Dept. building will be closed for approximately 60 days while a new handicap accessible ramp and entrance are constructed, Asst. Chief Brett Stone said Friday.
Public access to the building at 812 Millington will be available through the department’s rear entrance on the east side of the building. A doorbell can be used to notify the communication staff that you need assistance.
Stone said the department is appreciative of the public’s patience and understanding as the work is completed. Questions can be directed to department officials at 221-5555.
