Roddy Starmer, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant in the 100 block of W Central.
An Ark City woman was the victim of battery and domestic violence in the 400 block of N Sixth. Mario Elston, Jr, was arrested in connection.
Gary Westbrook, Jr, was arrested on a bench warrant in the 100 block of W Central.
An Ark City man was the victim of theft in the 1300 block of N Seventh.

Abimael Ascencio, Ark City, was arrested for battery in the 600 block of N Seventh. John Gashler, Ark City, was arrested for battery and criminal trespass. Donna Ferrel, Ark City, was arrested for battery and endangering a child. Amy creed, Ark City, was arrested for criminal trespass.
