Tanya Gates and Misty Berg, both of Ark City, were cited for disorderly conduct in the 600 block of N Seventh.
Norma Pashal, Ark City, was arrested for driving with a suspended license at F and Madison.
An Ark City woman was the victim of theft in the 1100 block of N Seventh.
Clinton Dorsey, Ark City, and David Gillen, Wichita, were arrested for driving on a suspended licenses at Madison and the bypass.
