JUNE 25

Deputies:

responded with Ark City Emergency Medical Services to a fall in the 5000 block of 242nd Rd.

checked the condition of horses in Atlanta.

assisted Ark City Police officers by contacting the parent of an Ark City resident on whom they were attempting to locate for a welfare check.

were dispatched to a criminal threat report in Atlanta.

took a telephone harassment complaint from a Udall area resident.

were dispatched to Floral regarding a potential civil fraud matter.

were contacted regarding a civil property dispute in the Udall area.

checked a disabled vehicle in the 22100 block of US 77.

were advised of cattle missing in the 32000 block of 51st Rd, however, they were reported found a short time later.

were advised of an unoccupied canoe floating down the Arkansas River at the bridge at the south edge of Ark City.

were dispatched to Dexter for a civil property dispute.

assisted Winfield Police officers in checking for a runaway juvenile at the Winfield City Lake.

were dispatched to the 6000 block of 312th Rd for a deprivation of property complaint.

were dispatched to a reported three car accident in the 26000 block of 51st Rd; however, it was determined that a vehicle had lost a wheel and was being assisted by friends in the other vehicle.

were dispatched to the 12000 block of US 160 to check a hitchhiker.

checked an unsecured door at the Dexter school.

JUNE 26

Deputies:

checked two males running and wrestling in the 2700 block of St James Ct. It was discovered to be two brothers just playing.

checked an unfamiliar vehicle parked at a business in the 11000 block of 141st Rd.

assisted Winfield Police officers involved in a foot pursuit with two juvenile liquor law violators.

assisted Winfield Police officers by attempting to deliver a message to a residence in the Pleasant Valley community.

discovered a vehicle at 12th and Bliss in Winfield that had just been struck by a hit and run driver. The Winfield Police Department was notified and investigated the incident.

were dispatched to Newton Memorial Hospital in Winfield for a possible sexual assault complaint.

stopped a vehicle with the right front tire rubbing the fender well in the 27000 block of US 77. It was reported the vehicle had been struck by a hit and run vehicle in Winfield. The driver was trying to get to work at the First Council Casino.

transported a prisoner to the county jail for the Ark City Police Department.

arrested Lorena Marshall, Oxford, on a failure to appear warrant.

were dispatched to a one car minor injury accident in the 1000 block of US 77 north of Rock.

were dispatched to the 100 block of Paradise Lane in IXL for a dog complaint.

checked the status of two horses in Atlanta.

were dispatched to Atlanta for an assault complaint.

assisted Ark City Police officers by checking a residence in the county for a person they were trying to locate for a welfare check.

were dispatched to the 7000 block of 284th Rd for a possible prowler report.

were contacted by a Winfield resident regarding a child custody issue.

were dispatched to a non-injury car/raccoon accident in the 21000 block of US 77.

A Dexter resident reported the loss of a license tag.

JUNE 27

Deputies:

were dispatched to the 22000 block of US 77 on a report of a male standing in the northbound lanes. Deputies found a very intoxicated Douglas resident who had collapsed on the highway. He was transported by Ark City Emergency Medical Services to the Ark City hospital and upon being released from the hospital was arrested for criminal threat and disorderly conduct.

transported a juvenile to Juvenile Intake for the Ark City Police Department.

were dispatched to Newton Memorial Hospital, Winfield, regarding a motorcycle accident with minor injuries that had occurred in the 18000 block of 182nd Rd.

checked two persons walking in the 4100 block of 252nd Rd.

were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 7200 block of 244th Rd. A Salina residence was subsequently arrested for domestic battery.

were dispatched to Cambridge for a dog complaint.

were dispatched to the 14000 block of 21st Rd for a domestic disturbance.

assisted Burden Police officers with a disturbance at the One Stop Convenience Store.

were dispatched to the area of the Winfield City Lake to watch for a vehicle that witnesses had seen the passenger breathe into the vehicle interlock device before the vehicle was started and driven away from Udall by another person.

were contacted by an Ark City resident with questions about the return of property being held by another person.

were contacted by a resident in the 14000 block of 21st Rd advising that they believed a known person had been on their property in violation of an order to stay off that property.

were contacted by a resident in the 17000 block of 181st Rd regarding unwanted contacts from a known person.

were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 13000 block of 131st Rd.

JUNE 28

were dispatched to a non-injury car/deer accident in the 9000 block of US 166.

took a miscellaneous theft report from a resident in the 22000 block of 122nd Rd.

were dispatched to the report of a cow out on the highway at US 166 and 141st Rd.

were dispatched for a welfare check of horses in the 30000 block of 91st Rd and in Atlanta.

were dispatched to a minor two vehicle non-injury accident in the 32000 block of 107th Rd.

responded with the Winfield Emergency Medical Services to an industrial accident in the 6500 block of 65th Rd.

were dispatched to an unattended death in the 13000 block of US 166.

were dispatched to a disturbance in the 28000 block of 71st Rd. A teenager was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and released to Juvenile Intake.

were dispatched to a burglary report in the 32000 block of Tower Rd.

were dispatched to a non-injury car/deer accident that culminated in a car fire by 31st Rd on 132nd Rd.

transported a prisoner to the county jail for the Ark City Police Department.

assisted Winfield Police officers regarding a male brandishing a firearm at the Winfield City Lake.

were dispatched to a one car non-injury accident occurring when the driver swerved to miss a deer close to 271st Rd and US 166.

were contacted regarding a civil property possession issue in the 14000 block of 21st Rd.
