Becky J Tapia, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run accident in the 1600 block of Fuller.

Officers responded to an alarm in the 1000 block of Main.
Jimmy R Jordan, Winfield, was arrested for failure to report an accident, transporting an open container, and driving in violation of restrictions at the Winfield City Lake.
