Kris D King, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 600 block of E Fourth.
Super Wash, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of Main.
Janelle C Kennedy, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of E 14th. Alex Gonzales was cited in connection.
Aaron M Koller, Winfield, was cited for dog at large and no city dog license on July 9th in the 500 block of N Massachusettes.
