A motorcycle rider was critically injured in an accident north of Ark City Wednesday, authorities confirm.
The accident occurred this afternoon on U.S. 77 Highway. An air ambulance is en route to Ark City to transport the injured person.
The motorcycle bears Cowley County plates, according to KSOK’s Shawn Wheat, who is reporting live from the scene.
