Marsha D Grandberry, Winfield, was the victim of two counts of harassment by phone in the 1200 block of E Ninth.
Laura F Conner, Winfield, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol in the 800 block of Mansfield.
Illean G King and Elisabeth G Rhodes, both of Winfield, were involved in a minor injury accident in the 900 block of Main.
Jene M Coon and Courtney L Wampler, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 600 block of E Ninth.
Brian L Allen, Winfield, was arrested on a Winfield municipal warrant and an outside warrant in the 2700 block of E 12th.

Aid-X Pest Control Services, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 700 block of Main.
Harold L Stevens Jr, Winfield, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2600 block of Main.
