Lonnelle T Foster, Winfield, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence in the 1500 block of Menor.

Eric J Bump, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of N College, when he struck a vehicle owned by Amanda C Williard, Winfield. Bump was cited for inattentive driving.

Amanda Meads, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1900 block of Main.
Travis D Fouch, Winfield, was cited for transporting an open container in the 300 block of W Eighth.
John M Cravens, Moore OK, and a Winfield juvenile were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1400 block of Main. The juvenile was cited for improper lane change.
