Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of W Eighth.
Officers responded to an alarm in the 1600 block of Main.
Jiffy Lube was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of Main.
Lowell E Shrubshall, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 600 block of E Third.
Tiffany Trobaugh, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident when she struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Van C Cole, Winfield, in the 1500 block of E Third.
Kyle W Parker, Kingman, was cited for no seat belt and no child restraint in the 900 block of Maris.
Brandon L Drum, Winfield, and Ashlin Stillwell, Derby, were cited for no seat belts.
Klay D Andes, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 3200 block of E Ninth.
