SEPT 29

Officers responded to alarms in the 2700 block of Cabrillo and the 900 block of Main.

SEPT 30

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1800 block of Main. Anthony Bell was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Debbie L Burden, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 700 block of E Seventh.

William J Wysocki, Winfield, was arrested/cited for no proof of insurance, expired tag and unlawful rider in the 600 block of Bliss.

Joe Vann and William Tharp, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1800 block of King.

Justin K Hogan, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1200 block of E Ninth.

OCT 1

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block of Main.

Mary M Maisasi, Winfield, and Buddy J Collins Jr, Kansas City, MO, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1900 block of Main.

Duncan L Ellis, Independence, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 500 block of E 14th.

David A Watkins, Winfield, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 1100 block of Menor.

Seth A Hull, Winfield, was arrested/cited for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a non-injury accident and failure to yield in the 1500 block of Main.

Sally McGuire, Denton, TX, was cited for illegal parking in the 300 block of McCabe,

OCT 2

Officers responded to an alarm in the 1900 of E 19th.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Menor.

Jumpstart, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1900 block of E Ninth.

Joshua R Downey, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of N College. A Winfield juvenile was arrested in connection and also arrested/cited for minor in consumption and also arrested/cited for minor in consumption and curfew violation.

Stanley C Wilson, Meriden, and Alvin J Bailey, Winfield, were cited for illegal parking in the 300 block of McCabe.

Brian L Allen, Winfield, was arrested/cited for driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and defective tail lights in the 100 block of W Eleventh.

Officers responded in an alarm in the 2300 block of W Ninth.

Officers responded to a distrubance in the 500 block of Michigan.

Beverly A Crabtree, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1400 block of E Fifth.
