Cowley County Sheriff’s Office Report for November 10, 2010
Deputies:
were dispatched to the report of a burglary to a vacant residence in the 21000 block of Hoover.
were advised of a traffic complaint involving persons driving at excessive speed on 51st Rd between 202nd and 222nd Rds.
were advices of a missing bull from the area of the intersection of 171st and 182nd Rds. The bull was described as a Black Angus branded with the letter ‘M’ and the number ‘8108’.
were dispatched to check suspicious vehicles on property in the 20000 block of Grouse Creek Rd.
were dispatched to check for a dead deer in the highway in the vicinity of US 166 and 91st Rd.
were dispatched to a car/deer accident in the 9000 block of 292nd Rd.
transported a prisoner to the county jail for the Ark City Police Department.
A deputy observed and checked a juvenile walking in the 22000 block of US 77. It was determined to be a juvenile who had been reported as a runaway to the Ark City Police Department. He was released to Ark City officers.
