An Ark City male was the victim of criminal damage to his vehicle in the 1500 block of W Kansas.
An Ark City female was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 700 block of N Fourth. Jason Litton, Ark City, was arrested in connection. He was also arrested for obstruction.
