Officers responded to an alarm in the 400 block of Manning.
Joshua Roberts, Winfield, was cited for no proof of insurance on Dec 18th in the 1000 block of Main.
DEC 30
Lloyd Young, Canada, was involved in a one vehicle non-injury accident when he struck some trees in the 1400 block of Cherry.
Patrick Wakefield and Karen Faber, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 700 block of Loomis.
Alma Leavell, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 2100 block of Simpson.
WalMart was the victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike.
Tanner Lafferty and Marcus Tapia, both of Winfield, were involved in an injury accident in the 700 block of E Ninth. Tapia was cited for failure to yield.
