David Potts, Ark City, was arrested for cruelty to animals at 1025 N Third.
Howard Jordan and Trameka Jordan, both of Ark City, were arrested for battery and disorderly conduct at 724 N Third.
An Ark City woman was the victim of theft of a bicycle at 1329 North A.
Ark City was the victim of hit and run to a planter at Chestnut and Summit.
Reta Andrews and Joseph Garringer, both of Ark City, were arrested on warrants in the 800 block of South B. Garringer was also arrested for drug law violation.
An Ark City man was the victim of criminal damage to his vehicle at 706 S First.
Travis McElrath, Ark City, was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of W Central.
Twin Rivers was the victim of criminal damage to property and an Ark City woman was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 1500 block of N Tenth. William Marsh, Ark City, was arrested in connection.
Breily Cermeno, Wichita, was arrested for driving on a suspended license at Summit and Lincoln.

An Ark City woman was the victim of criminal damage to her vehicle in the 700 block of North A.
Reynaldo Castillo, Ark City, was arrested for probation violation in the 400 block of Bryant Rd.
