Winfield Police Reports for January 14 – 16, 2011
JAN 14
Mark Headley, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of East Ninth.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 2700 block of East 12th. Matthew Elkins and Alexis Hernandez, both of Winfield, were arrested for domestic battery.
Stuart Cassaboom and Tanner Lafferty, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of College. Lafferty was cited for careless/inattentive driving.
Darrell Fromm, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident at K – 360 and Broadway.
Brandon Rolo, Winfield, and Joyce Williams, Cambridge, were involved on January 13 in a non-injury accident in the 2200 block of Main.
Robert Casper, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and no rabies vaccination in the 1400 block of Olive.
Nicholas Price, Burden, was cited for speeding in the 1400 block of Wheat Road.
JAN 15
Andrew Sykes, Winfield, was arrested for aggravated criminal sodomy in the 1800 block of East Seventh.
An Ark City woman was the victim of domestic battery in the 200 block of West Ninth.
Risa Harvey, Ark City, was cited for speeding in the 2200 block of Main.
Jacob Pfingsten Ulysses, was cited for driving with an expired license in the 1000 block of Main.
JAN 16
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Stewart.
Jennifer Walker, Derby, was cited for failure to signal and no proof of insurance in the 1300 block of Menor.
Raleigh Hughes, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1400 block of Wheat Road.
Andra Hinkley, Lewisville, Texas, was cited for speeding in the 800 block of Main.
