Snowy and icy roads have led to the decision to cancel classes Thursday for public schools in Winfield and Ark City.
Cowley College also has announced that all of its centers are closed for the day.
Icy conditions led to two roll over accidents in Cowley County Wednesday evening. No major injuries were reported as a result of the accidents.
