Winfield Police Report for January 24, 2011
Officers responded to an alarm in the 2200 block of Pike Rd.
Alyssandra Winfield, was arrested for shoplifting in the 2200 block of Pike Rd.
Richard Weller IV and Misty Halstad, both of Winfield, were cited for driving on city property in the 400 block of West Fifth.
