Timothy Feaster, Winfield, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of West Eighth.
Joshua Kerr, Winfield, was cited for rapid acceleration in the 1600 block of East Ninth.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1900 block of St. James Court.
