Charles E. Cowdrey, 77, passed away at his home January 18, 2011, with his wife, Nancy, and family by his side.
Memorial celebration will be held Saturday February 5, 2011, 10:30am, at the First United Methodist Church in Winfield, KS. Following the service a reception will be held for friends and family at Fellowship Hall at the church.
