Winfield Police Report for January 31, 2011
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of North Michigan.
Lisa Ellison, Winfield, was the victim of battery and disorderly conduct in the 2700 block of E. 12th Ave. Roberta Ewen, Wichita, was arrested in connection.
Stephen Bloomcamp, Winfield, was cited for no proof of insurance in the 1100 block of East Ninth.
