Officers responded to an alarm in the 400 block of Manning
Cheri Speer was cited for noise nuisance on February 5th in the 600 block of East Seventh.
FEB 10
A Winfield woman was the victim of domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of East Sixth. Matthew McCauley, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
